Terms & Conditions 

All Sales are Final. Börze is operated as a sole proprietorship. All sales are conducted on a consumer-to-consumer basis, meaning standard consumer protection laws do not apply to purchases.

No Returns & Consumer Rights

As this is a private sale, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been purchased.

Under UK law:

  • The right to reject goods under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply.
  • The right for goods to be of satisfactory quality (Section 9) and fit for a particular purpose (Section 10) does not apply.

All items are sold "as seen" in the listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Items are pre-owned, vintage, and well-worn, meaning they may have signs of wear, fading, or minor imperfections.
  • Any major defects will have been disclosed in the description and photos.
  • The buyer is responsible for reviewing all listing details before purchasing.

Goods sold by private sellers do not have to be fault-free, and no claims can be made for general wear and tear, pre-existing imperfections, or incorrect size fit. However, if an item is significantly misrepresented in the listing (e.g., wrong brand, incorrect size stated), you have the right to request a resolution.

Condition & Authenticity of Vintage Garments

  • All garments are second-hand and vintage, and their condition is accurately described in the listing.
  • Sizing varies between brands and eras – buyers must check provided measurements before purchasing.
  • Börze guarantees authenticity of vintage pieces within reasonable verification based on labels, tags, wear and manufacturing details and online data available  on the garment. Any concerns about authenticity must be raised before purchase, as no refunds will be issued based on post-purchase doubts.

Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing from Börze, the buyer accepts full responsibility for reviewing item descriptions, photos, and measurements. Börze is not responsible for:

  • Issues arising from misjudgment of size, fit, or condition.
  • Minor defects that are consistent with pre-owned and vintage clothing.
  • Damage occurring after purchase due to wear, washing, or improper care.

Once a transaction is completed, the sale is final, and the buyer waives any right to dispute the purchase on the basis of general wear, age-related deterioration, or subjective expectations.
